After 4 days of immense tension and social media hyping,Missing TUM student Dan Sichei has been found by DCI officers at Kongowea Market,in his friend's house.

"Sichei has been smoked out of his Kongowea hideout and is now being held at Makupa Police Station," reads a statement sent in TUMSA security WhatsApp group.

Sichei,whose sudden disappearance prompted mass demonstrations,went missing on Wednesday last week after a strike following elections duspute.According to sources,Sichei was arrested this afternoon at 1 pm and straightway taken to Makupa Police Station where he is expected to be in police custody to aid in investigations.

According to a source who spoke just after the resurfacing of Sichei, students who have been leading in the strike may face disciplinary cases if after investigations,they are found on the wrong side of the coin.

This comes even as Technical University of Mombasa's senate board sits tomorrow (Monday) to determine the reopening dates for the university.
